At Multicap, Peta is a key leader in driving quality, trust, and innovation in SIL and SDA services—supporting people with disability to live great lives.
Peta has held senior leadership roles across not-for-profit and private organisations, where she played a pivotal role in preparing for and implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Her expertise extends across forensic and complex health services, youth out-of-home care, housing, community services, and accommodation—giving her a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs within the disability community.
A passionate advocate for person-centered support, Peta has contributed to sector-wide research and collaborative projects aimed at improving outcomes for people with disability.
Her academic background in psychology, disability, and management underpins her strategic approach to service delivery and innovation.
Peta also brings a deeply personal perspective to her work, as a primary carer for family members with disability and a NDIS participant.
