This cross-functional expertise enables her to design and deliver high-impact sector programs that connect policy, practice, and operational delivery in practical and meaningful ways.

Her background spans deep engagement across the health, disability, housing, and aged care sectors, with a strong emphasis on system integration, workforce capability, and service sustainability.

She has built enduring relationships with local, state, and federal government representatives, as well as advocacy organisations, universities, training institutes, and industry associations, ensuring alignment between policy direction and frontline sector realities.

Her work is distinguished by a commitment to breaking down silos between disciplines, strengthening interdisciplinary learning, and translating complex reform agendas into practical, actionable insights for providers and stakeholders.

Lynn is widely recognised for designing high-impact forums that bring together decision-makers, practitioners, and thought leaders to drive meaningful sector progress.

At the core of Lynn’s vision is a belief that collaboration, shared knowledge, and informed dialogue are essential to building a more responsive, accountable, and person-centred health and human services system in Australia.
