Jami-Bree Bachmann
Registered Nurse | CSBS
Speaker
Jami-Bree has been part of CSBS since 2019, and her journey is nothing short of inspiring. Starting out in data entry, she quickly immersed herself in all things NDIS — processing invoices, understanding funding structures, and learning the system inside out.
Along the way, she discovered a passion for people and a natural talent for support.
From support work to service management, and eventually managing intake for CSBS, Jami’s path led her to pursue nursing — a decision that reflects her unwavering commitment to supporting people in a meaningful, person-led way.
Now a Registered Nurse, Jami brings both clinical insight and a deep understanding of the NDIS landscape. She’s known for her warmth, energy, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Whether she’s advocating for people, helping families navigate the system, or lending a listening ear to a colleague, Jami leads with heart and hustle.
The Human Club: Person-Led, Data-Driven, and Changing Lives
This presentation from CSBS explores how a human-first, person-led approach to support can create life-changing outcomes — especially when combined with data-informed advocacy.
We’ll walk through the transition from hospital to home, showcasing how our integrated model supports people with complex needs through in-house clinical services, behavioural supports, and staff training.
Key to this is our use of data: how we capture it, how we build real-time dashboards, and how we use it to advocate for improved NDIS funding outcomes.
Through a series of powerful case studies, we’ll demonstrate how CSBS turns daily support data into evidence that drives decisions — and helps participants get the supports they need.
At the heart of it is the CSBS Human Club philosophy: seeing beyond labels, treating people as people, and building supports around the life they want to lead.
